Year 3 have begun our final teaching sequence in English for the year and have loved reading the book The Beasties by Jenny Nimmo.
As part of our immersion in the text, we have been creating story maps to help us learn and remember some of the stories for our homework. A story map is made up of pictures and key words and they help us learn different text types and key elements of a story which helps us with our own independent writing.
