This week we had some lovely parents who were willing to give up their own time to come in and talk about their job with the children. This was very exciting, particularly as it involved getting to sit on a tractor!! We had the pleasure of Mr and Mrs Nancekivell sharing aspects of their life in farming. Mrs Brassington also came in to discuss what it is like to be a meteorologist. We were able to find out lots about different kinds of weather and held some of the special equipment that meteorologists use, such as a rain gauge and anenometer for measuring the wind.
