The Great Fire of Ottery!

Year 2 had a fantastic time visiting Ottery St Mary’s Fire Station.

As part of our learning about the Great Fire of London, we visited the local Fire Station to discover how the role of a Fire Fighter has changed since 1666. We reenacted the famous fire that begun in Pudding Lane by setting alight our Tudor houses!
