What are the parts of a flower?

Year 3 children all brought a flower to school to dissect. Brooke and Maks looked very carefully to find and name the different parts. We are also investigating optimum conditions for plant growth by growing runner beans in the classroom. Later in the term, we will plant them outside before harvesting and eating them.
