Year 1 were lucky enough to have an afternoon out and about, exploring our local area and looking for key physical and human features. The children began to think about all the jobs that people in the town of Ottery St Mary might do, by looking at all the buildings/shops/businesses. We came up with a surprisingly long list!
The children also had the opportunity to post the letters which they had written to their families. It was so much fun putting them in the letterbox!
