Following careful monitoring today of the Met Office’s Amber weather warnings and travel conditions, we have taken the decision to close the school tomorrow (19th March 2018) to ensure that everybody is safe. The hazardous travel conditions are unlikely to improve sufficiently before tomorrow morning to allow many of our staff to travel to work and this will leave us unable to safely supervise the children.
The current forecast shows that conditions will improve throughout Monday and we anticipate being open as normal on Tuesday. We will keep you updated via the school website and our Twitter feed.
